John A. Folino is RTI Insurance Services' founder, President and CEO. With offices expanding throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and Florida, RTI has successfully flourished as a result of mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with clients.

Mr. Folino graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in Business Administration. He entered the insurance industry as an independent agent and rapidly became one of the most accomplished producers in the field. With 27 years experience, Mr. Folino has navigated RTI in to a well-established firm by strategic acquisition of key agencies in Western Pennsylvania and Florida, as well as by organic acquisition of new clients.
